Year 1 Matilda

We had a fantastic week in Matilda class last week. We started our new approach to writing called ‘Talk for Writing’.

As a class, we created a story map showing what happened in the story ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’. The children then worked with a partner to draw their own story maps before writing the story on Friday. I was so impressed with everyone’s writing and effort. Well done Matilda Class.
