Mozart – Take One Picture

Today we had a lovely afternoon starting our Take One Picture unit of work in Art. To begin with, we listened to a soundscape that went with a painting and thought about what the picture might be. After that, we looked at the painting ‘Men of the Docks’ by George Bellows before learning a bit about the artist himself. Finally, we had a go at sketching parts of the painting using view finders to focus on a smaller area othe picture.
