Year 1 Phonics support

Over the May half term we are sending home key skills with a specific focus on phonics in preparation for the government statutory phonics screening test in the second week back of term. Attached to this blog is a video demonstrating dots, dashes, segmenting and blending to support your understanding of how children will complete this process. More information on the key skills will be sent home this week.
