Sports – Gymnastics

Gymnastics requires a great deal of strength, balance, coordination, agility and body awareness to perform the various moves and avoid injury. The group have been working on all of these qualities and perfecting a routine to include a roll, balance, turn and jump.

Today, we watched a clip of a competition performance then everyone performed their routine, to music, and gave each other feedback. Have a look at the photos.
