Dahl: Mummification!

We’ve had an interesting afternoon debating which of the Ancient Egyptians’ achievements was the most significant. The children chose a representative to debate on behalf of their group and the boys chosen did a great job. The class decided the Egyptians’ greatest achievement was the way they were able to farm so successfully in an inhospitable environment. We then spent the rest of the afternoon finding out how bodies were mummified! With sports day too this morning and an independent write completed, Dahl have worked their socks off today.
