Pets at Home

Today the children from Wiggins and Robinson Class had a wonderful animal workshop at Pets at Home. We have been learning about classifying animals into groups such as insects, reptiles, mammals and fish. The children loved the cuddly rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters but the rats were less popular! We all fed the fish and were amazed by the live insects you can buy to feed bearded dragons. All the children left with a goodie pack to share with grown-ups at home. It was such a great outing but apologies to mums and dads – I think they all want a pet rabbit now!!
