Hello Ennis Class!

Good morning Ennis Class and happy Tuesday! The sun is shining again and it looks like it will be another beautiful day.

I hope you had a good day yesterday and I was so pleased to see your pictures of you working hard.

Here are a few things that you have been up to:

O had some new Numicon and has been counting in 3’s!

She also made an Easter cake. Look how delicious that looks! It’s making me feel hungry just looking at it!

B created a fantastic Great Fire of London poster yesterday.

She is also taking part in our Students VS Teachers Times Table Rock stars battle! The teachers are winning at the moment. Hooray!

A has been enjoying a maths challenge!

J helped his dad to build a sandpit in his back garden and has been enjoying some walks.

E has been working hard at home on her home learning.

A had a lovely Easter, decorating eggs and cooking with his family.

I’d love to share some more of your work. I am enjoying adding lots of dojos on and will share your scores later on in the week so keep checking back. There will be some more pages from our class reader uploaded later so make sure you look there.

I finished another book yesterday. That takes me up to 6 books now that I’ve finished! I love reading and I know you do too. Let me know what books you’re enjoying at home.

Today, you are writing a letter to someone you miss for English. Hopefully you can post them too. In maths we’re starting to look at money. I wonder if you can make a shop in your house and have a play with your family and practise buying and selling with your toys? You can watch your favourite video – Chocolate Cake in reading today and think about what cake you would like. Maybe it will be like the one in the picture above that O made!
