Year 6 Haikus

Year 6 are enjoying a week of poetry and have today written Haikus. These are special poems that follow a particular pattern of syllables; they are made up of 3 lines with 5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables.  Mrs Greener set a challenge to write a haiku that followed this pattern but was also like a riddle.  Can you guess what C’s haikus are about?

Howling at the moon,

With pride their silver fur shines

Snuggled by the trees

Goes to Hogwarts School

Has many brave, loyal friends

Oh, and enemies.
