Happy Monday Reception, I hope you had a lovely weekend!

This Friday is the 75th anniversary of VE day and we will be doing some activities related to VE day this week, starting with finding out about VE day in our reading today.  In maths we are moving on to subtraction.  I know lots of you were becoming good at ‘taking away’ when we last looked at it in school, so we are looking forward to seeing how you get on with today’s tasks.  Mrs Read has also filmed another fantastic kinetic letters lesson for the slider family of letters.  I wonder if you can remember which letters are in the slider family?
