Biographies

Year 6 have been working hard writing their biographies this week.  After studying examples about Tom Daley and Chris Hadfield and working together on a shared write about a fictional character, Paolo Levi, Churchill and Mandela classes have moved onto an independent write about a subject of their choice.  I am very much looking forward to reading about the wide variety of athletes, musicians, authors, ‘youtubers’ and family members.  Everyone has worked hard to include parenthesis, a variety of sentence openers and to ensure that their work flows from one section to the next to enable the reader to be engaged in the text.

Well done Year 6- some historical fiction next week.
