Is it teatime yet??? My stomach seems to think it is! I wonder what you’re having for tea today? Did you know that it’s National Vegetarian Week this week, which means it’s a great opportunity to try some delicious meat free meals. Although I love to eat meat, my husband is a vegetarian and so we often have veggie meals for tea. My favourites are: vegetable lasagne, spinach and potato curry and mushroom risotto. Delicious!!!
