Dahl Class perform a poem!

In our reading lessons, we have been focussing on setting descriptions and have read several extracts about different settings! We had a go at performance poetry on Thursday where we learnt a short poem about a mysterious wood. In groups, we created actions and learnt the poem to perform to the class. I am very impressed with how many different actions were created for each line. Can you perform the poem with your actions at home? We were able to make a lot of links to other extracts including the forbidden forest and Hogwarts castle!
