Year 3 – Fantastic machines and tips for next week!

Welcome back Year 3! I hope you had a fabulous half-term, it was so lovely to hear all of the things you have been up to during our Half-Term Bingo on our Live Meet! You have all made a fantastic start to the week and to the term already. I want to share with you some more brilliant machines that you have created in English this week, so many of you were able to accurately explain how to use them, what the buttons are for and what order you have to follow to use them! We had sweet machines, rocket machines, cereal machines and so much more. Can you spot your machine below?

In maths next week we are going to be starting our unit on fractions. Lot’s of our lessons will have practical elements, so it would be really useful if you could prepare some things ready to join in! Next week, you will need some paper squares, rectangles, triangles and circles. You can create these by cutting them out like the ones below.
