Today in PE, we practised jogging and sprinting 50 metres in the build up to our timed sprints at the end of the lesson. We warmed up by walking and then jogging the 50m distance to get used to how far we had to sprint, this also helped to warm up our muscles. In groups of 4 and 5, we then completed practise sprints with plenty of drink breaks in between as it was boiling hot!
After plenty of practise, we were ready to complete our timed 50m sprints in our groups. Well done to everyone for participating, you were all incredibly quick!
