Year 3 Dahl – Wonderful Writing

This week in Dahl class, we have been busy planning and writing our own warning tales using our setting toolkit. We then constructed our setting toolkit, showcasing all of the different writerly tools we can use in our writing to describe a setting really well. Here are some of the tools we identified:

On Wednesday, we spent some time generating ideas for our own warning tale. We then planned our own stories, following the plot pattern, which we started writing on Thursday. There have been some fantastic ideas and I am really excited to read the rest of your stories later today!

Well done everyone – have a lovely weekend!
