Year 4 Lennon-McCartney – NMPAT Music!

Today, we had our first music lesson with the NMPAT Brass teachers. It was very exciting to see the instruments that we are going to be learning! Today, we did some rhythm warm ups, learnt how to position our mouths correctly to blow into our brass instruments, had a go at using the mouthpiece and then finally, we got to put our own instruments together and tried to make a sound through the mouthpiece.
Everyone tried really hard to learn this technique as it was certainly something very new and different for us all!

We are very excited to continue learning next week!
