Welcome to Churchill Class

A warm welcome to Year 6 and Churchill Class.

We have had a fantastic week so far; diving straight into our new topics and learning. We have been writing using persuasive devices in English using the Hogwarts Houses as our stimulus, we have been looking at numbers up to 10,000,000 in Maths and in Science we have started to explore the circulatory system.

The children have settled quickly into their new routines and demonstrated positive and mature attitudes towards their learning.

We have also shared our summer key skills, these were fantastic and we are always blown away by the creativity each year. We had posters, powerpoints, news reports, art work, models : an incredible effort year 6 well done!
