Paddington Class at Forest School

This afternoon we had my favourite lesson – Forest School.  The children were quick to remember the rules and enjoyed exploring the forest area.  We made fairies and elves put of sticks we found on the ground,  balanced and climbed on the obstacle course, made mud pies and even played kings and queens.

The Key Skills books have been sent home with a maths and writing activity to complete as well as spellings to learn.  This is due back in on Wednesday when we will have a quiz on the spellings.  Please also record at least 3 reading sessions in the reading diaries.

We have had such a brilliant first week, have a great weekend and I look forward to seeing you all on Monday.
