Welcome back Reception!

We have had a lovely start to the summer term in Reception!

It has been lovely to see the children back in school after the holidays, and we have had a fantastic first week back. We have spent lots of time outside this week, and really enjoyed the start of the summer season. We have planted lots of seeds in our Forest School and outdoor area, and we are looking forward to watching them grow over the coming weeks.

We have also been learning about the festival of Eid al-Fitr, and how people all around the world may celebrate. The children have enjoyed producing their own mehndi patterns and sharing how they celebrate special events in their families.
