Matilda-PE, Pigs and Paint!

First week back and it’s been a busy one. The children has jumped straight into their learning starting a new unit for English based upon The Three Little Pigs. The children worked together to create their own houses made from straw, sticks and bricks.
In PE the children have been working hard on their dancing, learning the moves to a fantastic Bhangra dance. I was blown away when they showed me.

In forest school the children created paintings using tools that they could find in nature, using the stem of some leaves in place of a paint brush and the flower of a daisy to dab on paint to create their own unique flowers. They looked fantastic.
