The Merchant of Venice

The school has been filled with drama, rich vocabulary and the joys of Shakespeare as we have begun our RSC unit, this year with a focus on The Merchant of Venice. Children from reception to Year 6 are developing their knowledge of who Shakespeare was, along with being immersed in his fabulous story telling skills through the work taking place. We can’t wait for the end of the unit and our whole school showcase event where we will share the wonderful drama, writing and art from everyone. Watch this space!!!
