Year 2 – Welcome to Ennis Class!

We had a fantastic week last week, getting to know the rules and expectations of a new class and a new year. We enjoyed writing poems about a lighthouse in English and exploring numbers in maths. There are lots of new routines and expectations in Year 2 but I am so pleased with how well we have all adapted and taken on new things.

I was also really pleased to see so many of you bringing in homework about Jessica Ennis and the creativity and time that has been spent creating this work is really impressive. Well done!

Our PE days are:

Monday – Outdoor

Friday – Indoor

Please make sure your PE kit is labelled and in school by Friday.
