Year 5 – Defeating Monsters

Yesterday, year 5 gathered together in the hall to begin our new unit of work in English – Defeat the monster stories! We visited different ‘stations’ around the hall to help us collect ideas for writing a defeat the monster story. There was a monster station, ‘bait’ station, tools station and more! Lots of fun was had and lots of creative ideas were generated for writing.
