Garden Birds

Good afternoon everyone,

This afternoon, whilst I have been working at my kitchen table, I have been distracted by the large number of birds who have been enjoying their lunch from my bird feeders at my bird table. As I am usually quite late home from school, I miss this- it has been lovely to watch.

I have seen a robin, blue tits, sparrows, black birds and wood pigeons- all of whom have taken it in turns at enjoying the food available. Why don’t you see if there are any birds in your garden- you could identify them using The Wildlife Trusts check list found on their website-https://www.wildlifetrusts.org/wildlife/how-identify/identify-garden-birds

Enjoy the rest of your day, the sunshine and the weekend.

Hello! We have just finished filling our bird table in our garden as we too spotted lots of bird activity today.. I think this is because my dad cut the grass yesterday.
The blackbirds like to eat an apple sliced in half, they eat the apple and leave the skin! We often get blue tits and Jay’s visit.
