At the end of a very active week where there was so much participation in sports, I thought it would be good to share this image with you that shows us why it is important to be active everyday. Did you know that keeping active does the following: improves your sleep, reduces tiredness, improved brain function, increases your confidence and improves your mood and well being!!
I know that as soon as I’ve completed any exercise I feel happier and refreshed afterwards. Have you ever felt positive after being active? A bike ride, taking a walk, playing football or just jumping around in the garden can help. I hope you have a very active weekend and enjoy yourselves ready for next week which is the penultimate week of the year next!!
