Gardening in the sun

This afternoon, the children in Wiggins and Robinson Class enjoyed the sunshine and started to get the garden ready for spring. We did some more tidying and sorting but also planted lots of daffodil bulbs. We looked carefully at the bulbs and talked about all the magic that is waiting inside them. The children found out that by tucking the bulbs into their dark beds and watering them, they could sleep well and slowly wake up in time for spring. We need to be patient now and wait for them to start to show their full beauty.
