Sports – Active Advent

Hello everyone

Today marks the official launch of #NsportActiveAdvent! We are really pleased to be able to invite you to download your Advent Calendar from today via the Northamptonshire Sport website

As part of our work to encourage children (and adults) to be active for 60 minutes a day, the Active Advent Calendar contains a whole range of different physical and creative challenges lasting between 30 seconds and 15 minutes. All of the activities are provided as a guide but can be adapted to suit the space and equipment available and number of people taking part.

There is also the chance to win a £100 Amazon Voucher in our Christmas Prize Draw. All you need to do is take a picture of you or your family completing one of the 24 Active Advent challenges and activities and share/post it to our Northamptonshire Sport Facebook or Twitter page or website using #NsportActiveAdvent
