Super writers in Reception!

We are so proud of the progress the children in Reception have made with their writing since starting school in September.

Some children could write their name when they started in Reception and some couldn’t. Now they all can! But not only that… they are using the sounds they have learned in phonics to write cvc words independently and some are now at the stage of writing simple sentences.

This shows what a positive attitude they have to their learning and also how hard they have been working both at school and at home.
