Proud Teachers

Well, what can I say? After school today, I took a few minutes to sit quietly and think about how remarkable and resilient the children in Wiggins and Robinson class really are. I have always known how lucky and privileged I am to work with such amazing children but actually, in times like these, they deserve even more credit. Whether learning from home or at school, they continue to impress me with their great sense of humour and positive attitude. Thank you to the families working to support their children at home and keeping me updated with all the learning that is taking place. I love receiving the videos, photographs, emails and work on Teams. Some recent highlights from the children in the class include making snow angels, learning to ride a bike without stabilisers, handwriting progressing fantastically well, having a real hunger for reading, very enthusiastic Joe Wicks participants and the ability to calculate amounts within 100 and beyond. There is no end to what is being achieved.

Even though we are not actually together, we are still part of the same team and it is one that I am so proud to be part of.

Keep up the great work everyone!
