Year 2 Ennis Winding Mechanism DT

Year 2 have been working hard this term to learn how to make a winding mechanism toy. The children have explored lots of different toys that use a winding mechanism and then considered how they could make their own. We decided as a class to create a model based on Incy Wincy Spider or the mouse ran up the clock. We have had great fun, planning, designing and creating our model and we are all very pleased with the final outcome.
