Fabulous planning for our newspaper reports in Churchill.

Churchill worked very hard analysing newspapers, finding grammatical features and identifying how they are structured and then integrating that into their own plans. We are basing the work around the shipwreck and we have had hot seating, interviews and a selection of dramatical conventions being used in the classroom to bring the characters and play alive. We are looking forward to beginning to write next week and also incorporating the art work we have been refining as part of our final pieces of writing.
