Happy Easter, Mozart class!

What a fabulous term we have had! I am so proud of the progress the children have made, from making inferences in reading to further developing their grammar skills in writing, not to forget becoming extremely fluent with their times tables! It has been a jam-packed term with swimming, brass lessons and our Take One Picture art project, but they have all thoroughly enjoyed each day and have worked so hard to produce fantastic outcomes across the curriculum. Well done Mozart!

Today, a number of the children brought in their entries for the Easter egg competition. There was a brilliant range of egg themes, from the Bee Movie to the nursery rhyme ‘Old MacDonald Had a Farm!’ As always, we were very impressed by them all and it was a tricky task to decide on the winner. However, we decided that Ella’s was the winner for her egg box consisting of six Disney characters!

Well done Ella!

I hope you all have a well-deserved break. Remember to work your way through the reading challenges and practise some TTRS as part of our Year 4 times tables competition!

Take care and have a lovely Easter!

Miss Robson
