Year 5 Summer term part 2!

The children have had a great first day back and have settled back into their learning brilliantly. They have made a start on their new ‘meeting tale’ unit in English and have enjoyed using geostrips in maths to explore making and drawing acute angles. Well done, everyone.

Thank you for sending in costumes for the NPAT Festival the children are taking part in next week. If your child has not yet brought in their costume, please could it be sent into school tomorrow. In a named carrier bag, please send in a plain, primary coloured top and black shorts or leggings for your child to wear. The children will be having a dress rehearsal this Wednesday. Just a reminder that Dyson children will be performing at the Derngate theatre next Tuesday evening, 14th June, and Einstein children next Wednesday evening, 15th June. We are all looking forward to a great show and hope that many of you will be able to purchase a ticket and come along to watch your children’s performance.
