Year 3 Dahl – Fantastic Art!

This afternoon, we enjoyed a fantastic art lesson where we were able to develop our sketching skills. We started by observing a range of photographs and identified what was different about each of them. Then, we explored the different shapes an eye can be and had a go at drawing these by carefully controlling our pencils. Finally, we had the opportunity to practise changing the tone of our pencil marks when sketching by changing the pressure we applied to our pencils. Here are some photos of our work!
