Year 3- World Book Day!

Year 3 have had a great day today celebrating world book day! It was wonderful to see the children sharing a book with different friends and adults this morning.

We then shared a story with children from different classes. Rowling had a great time sharing their books with Wiggins class, some children made up a game where they took it in turns to read a sentence from their own book to create a new story. It was a funny story in the end! Dahl also had a brilliant time sharing their books with Robinson class in the afternoon!

It was amazing to see all the book in a box entries that the children have made. They are all fantastic, it is very obvious how much hard has gone into them. This made it extremely difficult for a winner to be selected from both classes. It was so tricky to choose a winner so we had to ask the Year 4 team to decide a winner.

Well done to Chloe and Erin who won with their boxes of ‘The Gingerbread Man’ and ‘The Lion and The Witch and The Wardrobe.’
