Year 5 – Einstein and Dyson Computing

Einstein and Dyson have been working really hard in our computing lessons. Last week, they were looking at the Crumble controller. The connected a Sparkle to a Crumble and then programmed the Crumble to make the Sparkle flash different colour patterns. This week, they looked at adding a motor to the Crumble controller. They then designed sequences of actions for these components, applying their understanding of repetition by using count-controlled loops when implementing their design as a program. They are all very proud of their new programming skills!
