Ennis Class – Busy Bees
Wow! What a fantastic end of the term we have had. We had the pleasure of visiting a Prayer Space in school on Monday morning, where the children got the opportunity to experience different activities that allowed them to reflect, feel calm and share their thoughts and feelings opening within a safe zone.
We also completed a science experiment, based on observing how germs spread and the importance of washing our hands and keeping our bodies healthy.
Finally, we completed our art unit based on Flora. The children produced some amazing art work focused on a variety of leaves and creating different shades of green with powder paints.
You have been such busy bees and I hope you have a fun but restful half term. I look forward to our final term in Year 2.
