Matilda-Tremendous Trees

We had a great time in Matilda class today learning about trees as a part of our science unit on plants. The children have been learning about the different aspects of a tree and their purpose, the roots, the branches, the leaves and the trunk.
We then went outside and created our own tree art using all the natural things that we could find. I was very impressed with what they created!
