Paddington Class are ready for Year 2!

Wow what a fantastic end to an amazing year!  I have really enjoyed teaching Paddington Class and have many fond memories that will stay with me forever.  From the amazing dancing, singing and narrating in the Christmas play to laughter and explorations in Forest School, watching tomatoe plants grow and butterflies emerge.  From creating sculptures of shoes and writing creative stories to laughter and surprised yelps as the monkeys climbed on our coach on the school trip. From sharing favourite jokes to practicing riddles and lists of facts in to perform to the rest of the school.  From football matches to mathematical challenges on hit the button! So many marvellous memories I will treasure.  Here are a few pictures from our adventures this week which included making bridges for Paddington Bear to walk across, a football and skipping competition and of course our fantastic entry to the SDS has talent show – well done Millie you were amazing!

I look forward to seeing the children in Paddington Class up in year 2, they are very ready for this next step in their school journey.  Many thanks for all your kind gifts and really thoughtful messages, I hope you have a wonderful summer, thank you for the memories.
