Have you been managing to keep active and have enjoy some exercise each day? I have been trying to complete a 30 minute workout each day, however, I haven’t had the time this week. As soon as I get home from school today, I’m going to put my trainers on and get going on it. Isn’t it amazing how you feel energised and so much happier after a workout?
