Year 5 – The Gas Mask

Today in English, we started to learn a new text called ‘The Gas Mask’ where a child travels back to the 1940s. Mrs. Amos showed us lots of different objects from World War Two including a real life gas mask! We had a chance to look at some of the objects in more detail, describing them and thinking about why they might have been important to someone.
