Year 4 Mozart – Welcome Back!

Good morning everyone and a Happy New Year! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas break at home with your families. I wanted to start by saying a huge thank you for the lovely cards and gifts from the end of last term, it was really kind of you!

Your first day of home learning activities have been set up ready for you. These will come through as an assignment on your class teams page, just like your Key Skills does each week. This will be the same for the rest of your home learning activities too. Once you click on the link, it will take you to your OneNote page where you can find all of the work that has been set and complete this. You can type straight onto your OneNote page or, if you would prefer, you can complete the work on paper and upload a picture of this work to your page. Please remember to press the blue hand in button once you have finished your work. This shows me that you have completed your activities which I can then mark.

Normally on the first day back after a half term, lots of you like to share any news about your half term with Mrs Potter, Mrs Cotterill or myself. If you would like to, feel free to write down some of your favourite things that you did over the Christmas holidays at the bottom of your home learning page today. It might be that you really enjoyed a fun walk with your family, a game that you played or even a new book or film that you may have read or seen.

Finally, I wanted to say a big well done to those of you have who have logged on and taken part in the Year 4 TTR battle so far. Currently, Mozart class are in the lead. However, the battle doesn’t end until tomorrow so it would be great if everyone could log in and take part!

I hope you all have a great day and enjoy completing your first set of home learning activities.

Miss Harris
