Year 2 We are so proud of you!

As another fantastic week of home learning is coming to a close, I want to say a huge congratulations and well done for all of the hard work you are doing at home. From the live meeting in the morning to the tasks you are completing in the day, everyone is giving 100% and all of the adults in Year 2 are so proud of you. I have seen amazing writing from everybody in Year 2 this week. You have been imaginative with your ideas and careful with your punctuation and grammar. In Maths, each child has shown determination and resilience to learn some tricky concepts in subtraction but I am sure you shall agree that now you understand it well because you did not give up. In reading, you have made predictions, comparisons and learnt many new words. I very much enjoyed doing a bit of PE with you today in our live meeting and hope you enjoyed the rest of the lesson Ms Bland set for you. Lots of you have learnt about Nelson Mandela in History, how to keep healthy in Science and about Judaism in RE. Wow what a great work.
