Welcome back Matilda Class!

It has been a wonderful start back at school. The children have quickly settled back into the routines and expectations of life in Year One and all with a big smile on their faces.

This week, we will be innovating our text maps for our story ‘No-bot the Robot’. Later this week, we will be rewriting the whole story with a particular focus on the ending using our ending toolkit to help us. In maths, we will be continuing to learn all about multiplication. The children will also be reading their reading stage books with Miss Twigg to ensure they are on the correct level.

Reminders: PE on Wednesday and Thursday (Please come to school in your PE Kit).
