This week, an amazing 124 rocks were painted by children in school which will be added to a display organised by East Hunsbury Parish Council (who very generously donated the resources to school to use for this project) and East Hunsbury Rocks to celebrate the birthday of the NHS. The rocks are really colourful and the designs are really creative, I have also received some lovely designs from members of the Art and Craft Club, well done to every one involved! If you would still like to add to the display please bring your painted rocks to school where I will collect them from your teachers.  It is best to use acrylic paint or permanent pens for the design and to help the pattern last, a coat of varnish is recommended but not essential.

Keep creating!

Mrs Egan
