Year 4 Lennon-McCartney – Welcome to Year 4!

What an amazing first 2 days we have had so far in Year 4! The children have settled in to their new class brilliantly and have already completed some fabulous learning!

Here is a copy of our story map for Mr Big – how much can you remember from the first two paragraphs? Maybe you could try performing it to someone at home!

We are really looking forward to learning more about how to write good character descriptions by looking at other stories too.

In Maths, we have explored place value and used lots of resources to represent numbers. We also showed off our great teamwork skills!

We have also enjoyed some great curriculum subjects, including starting our History topic on the Vikings and learning how to greet each other in French.

What a brilliant start to Year 4 and I can’t wait to see what we can all achieve this year – well done everyone!
