Year 4 Mozart – Welcome back!

Welcome back to Year 4!

The children have had a fantastic first few days in Year 4 – they have all settled in really well and it has been wonderful getting to know them so far! The fact that the sun is shining is only a bonus.

We had a great first day yesterday, where the children started to learn all about the Vikings, place value and the story of Mr Big (with actions, of course!)

We finished off the day learning and performing Mamma Mia as part of our first Music unit, something which the children especially enjoyed. I’m sure some of them decided to sing all the way home as well!

Just a reminder that our PE days are Tuesday and Thursday every week, so please make sure the children come to school in their PE kits on these days. Also, a few children have asked so I’d just like to confirm that the key skills are still due in on Wednesday every week.
