Poppy Display

Next month we will be working with East Hunsbury Parish Council again to create a remembrance display.  These poppies are made by carefully cutting the bottom from a water or squash bottle and painting them with acrylic paints.  If you would like to contribute to this display you may like to make your poppy at home and bring it into school or you can help us by saving your empty bottles from your recycling bin and bringing them for us to transform them in school.  All bottles (or poppies created from the bottles) will need to be in school by Friday 1st October.  We look forward to taking part in this community art project and remembering those lost but not forgotten.
