Robinson Vegetable Soup

Yesterday, Robinson class began their talk for writing unit, learning how to write instructions. To start our topic we followed a set of instructions to make vegetable soup. First, we prepped the vegetables by peeling them carefully. Then we chopped the vegetables into small cubes. Next, we fried some of the vegetables in a pan with butter. After that, we poured in a jug of vegetable stock and added herbs to make it extra tasty. We waited patiently for the soup to cook and then tried it in the afternoon.

All of the children tried the soup and said they liked it. Some of the children were surprised how much they liked it and even asked for more. It was a great introduction to our topic.
