Interesting discussions in Mozart this week!

Mozart have had another great week this week, and we have had some very interesting discussions! On Monday, we started our new English unit based around discussion texts, with a particular focus on the question: Should the internet be banned for children under the age of 12? As I’m sure you can imagine, the children were outraged by this! However, they were still able to come up with reasons both for and against banning the internet for younger children, and subsequently wrote some very convincing paragraphs.

As always, to help us remember the model text off by heart, we have been coming up with lots of actions and playing ‘sentence tennis’. Below you will find the story map so the children can practise at home!
